Gumball Promotions interview questions

I had a first round interview with the manager Callum, we got on really well and then he called me back for a second round where I got chance to spend a day at one of their events. It was such a good experience as it gave me a taste of what the job would be like! I then had a questionnaire to fill out and then my final with Callum again! Overall it was a very fun and k owed gable experience!

There were three stages, the first was a normal interview where I met a member of management and then the second was where I went out and observed what the employees actually did on a daily basis and was then sent back for a third round interview where I was asked on what I had learned.
