committee asked a series of questions then i had a chance to ask questions. each person took turns asking me questions and they took notes. some questions were repetative. typical job interview questions. i also had to do a teaching demonstration using a power point presentation. it was for ten minutes.
Ten questions and a short teaching demo. I was done in 20 minutes. Didn't really get a feel for anything or anyone. Why is it so short and not personalized?

Referenced to the job and first interview was more like an orientation for how things are run, and what we would be taught. Provided a walk through of the systems in place and prepared some paper work.
