H.F. Lenz Company interview questions

Phone interview. Fairly casual, went well, asked fair questions, expressed interest and said they would like to bring me in for an in person interview, Only I never heard back! I’ve gone through this exact scenario 4 times with them. Either their HR guy is extremely disorganized or has very little integrity.
