I had a phone interview as my supervisor worked out of a different office than the one nearest me. After that, we set up an in person interview in person. I first interviewed with him and then after I interviewed with my future coworkers. It was a pretty standard interview with the questions you might imagine. I liked the opportunity to meet with the actual people id be working with.
