Online Test:
- Psychometric/problem solving online test is done with a webcam watching you while you take the test (to prevent cheating). Takes a photo of you doing the test every 10 seconds.
Interview:
-Panel of 3 people
- Generic Behavioural and motivational questions
- Technical Questions which comprised of:
- 1x Math question
- 1x Brainteaser
- 1x Scenario/Case question

Sr Recruiter was extremely unprofessional. Very critical of my resume yet moved me through the interview process. Marketing staff were very nice and smart people. Again the Sr Recruiter never followed up, never had contact again despite reaching out. Very poor representation of the company by having a very unprofessional recruiter reaching out to candidates.
