Technical Interview for four rounds related to prog lang , data structures , algorithms and puzzles. Then HR interview for two rounds followed by discussions iwth mgr . Also expectations and possibilities.
They took 2 interview rounds where 1 is technical round and manageral round. Process was easy.Easy interview rounds and HR took less time to share the offer letter.Hike was less and after joining expect less hike only

Mutiple rounds of interview is kept, for SharePoint Lead, almost three rounds where taken. But durnation between all the interviews are little longer. Tested the behaviour and solution thought process

Technically many indept question where asked for SharePoint , content type, flows, ootb features, customization of masterpages, etc and migration to online sharepoint
