I came for interview, then I waited for 3 hr and
no interview happened later when I spoke to my contact person.
They forgot to schedule it. After searching my profile,
they told me to leave since I am not matching their requirement.
I clearly asked for the profile before acknowledging the interview.
So disappointed.

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner.
