Horrible experience attending interview for HCL which conduct one of the most un- organised interviews. At eh end of the day it just turned out to be waste of time and money because i had to go through this
--> Earlier in the week one HR send an email with a invite without even confirming whether his company is going to take interview for particular technology.
--> At the interview venue, we will be asked to stand in the random queue ( being 10 years experienced), and when our turn comes we will be asked to stand in other queue because they are not responsible for that particular contact person. HRs rude answer will be "We don't know this contact person. what can we do?"
-->And once we get inside I was told to go back as they cannot take interview for SharePoint
HRs in HCL Need to learn how to conduct interviews first.

hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.
