15 Feb 2019 HCL Electronic city phase 1 first floor right-hand side ODC guy told me to write singleton class and he went out, I have written lazy initialization with a private constructor he is not able to understand static and private constructor logic when I told him he is telling i have more experience then you and he told me to leave, one question to HCL and that guy kidly appoint guy having some basic knowledge and teach them how to behave, worst interview

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner.
