Interview
1) Technical Round : Person taking interview wasnt much experienced himself . So questions were of average difficulty
2) Manager Round : Person taking this interview assessed on the basis of overall profile , personality and communication skills ,which is very rare in IT interviews.
3) HR round : Was quick , not hassles
They took 1 week to give the final offer , they do consider negotiations .
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
