Interview
It was a fairly detailed interview just like text books.
I was asked highly technical questions about DTV that I mostly couldnt answer since back then I was quiet new in the feild and hadnt encountered those technologies by then.
C and C++ round went good.
It was for the digital television for Japanese MNC so I had a skype call set up as well, wherein the Japanese clients approved of me(they asked questions relevant to my work exp years and it went well).
I was told to leave in approx 4 hours, the HR called back after 1 day and gave me offer details.
Negotiations with HR were tough and they are one hell of a patience box.
Offer letter was on email and hard copy as well.
Joining process was flashy and no nonsense.

2 Tech round where in basic question based on job position your are applying, 1 HR round direct offer letter, there is no way to ask for more CTC as HR mail you to ack the offer letter

Python basic questions like data types, functions etc
It's quite good They will ask questions based on your resume But joining process is too long, sometimes it may take more than 5months Interviewer will ask about recent technologies, skills etc
