Interview process was good and I got selected but they declined to send offer because they did not get an approval to hire for this role. They should have gotten the approval and then role out for hiring, isn't it! It's the other way around companies are doing, wasting their own time and candidate's time and hope.

Not that technical or in details, though good process to check of knowledge of the candidate and to understand the profile by what candidate was doing and what one has to do further.
