HCLTech Storage Lead(NetApp) interview questions

Got an email from HCL Tech HR for Storage Lead opening in Noida 126 Branch for the new project, I reverted them with my details(Experience and expected CTC) after one week I got the confirmation email for a F2F interview. On interview Day, I went through one online test of basic NetApp and Storage question, After that, it took 3 hrs for them to call my name for next round of interview which is technical round. The technical interviewer was not having good knowledge about NetApp storage and he was interviewing a NetApp professional. I have cleared that round and interview took around 20 mins, then again they forgot about me, They called my name after another 2 hrs for HR round. HR was little rude. She told me we cant give you expected CTC. Now I'm not getting why they have called me for an interview when they already know my expected CTC. Worst interview experience. Bad thing about interview Drive: 1. There was no sync up between HCL HR and technical reviewer team. They lost so many candidates profiles. 2. No time management. They wasted my whole day. Advice to recruitment team: Raise your standard.
