I was contacted by an HR representative via WhatsApp and had a video interview the very next day. The interview felt quite rushed and disorganized, and it turned out to be more of a project-based interview rather than a standard hiring interview, which caught me off guard. I also got the impression that the HR team may not have reviewed my resume in detail prior to scheduling the interview, and that candidates were being assigned rather broadly rather than through a carefully tailored matching process.
