HCLTech Senior Technology Analyst interview questions

1. Technical Telecon 2. F2F technical 3. HR round 4. 3 hours online and coding exam 5: Mock Hackathon 6. Client interview After online exam their HR said you are internally hired in HCL, will share you offer letter soon. Everyday Consultant and HR called me with commitment to get offer letter by EOD. Everyday!!! But they are not on their words. Then they said I will get offer letter before client Hackathon. But nothing happened. Suddenly they started negotiating salary. Whole process took 42 days. My friends said right to me: Don’t trust Consultant and HR. Anyhow it will be wastage of time. They won’t make you clear about interview process. Because they if tell you interview process earlier you wouldn’t attend interview. They will start giving you false commitment and at end they will back out. If there is no trust. There will be no work.
