Had an intial telephone interview, where recruiter went over my past experience and skills. Thought the questions were pertinent, and felt I responded "spot on". Told I would be contacted on a particular day for a follow-up for an in person meeting.
Person never contacted me; I sent a follow-up email expressing continued interest, as I never received initial feedback. Received a standard "we won't be considering you" e-mail reply.
The interview was through zoom and happened all at once. Interviewed with three people back to back ( Supervisor, Manager and Partner). Once interviews was over, I took the accounting test that was monitored by the HR team and that was the end.

Interview with 4-5 members of the team. Usually starts with the partner or a manager, then meet with 1-2 supervisors and end with a staff q&a. There is also a basic accounting test.
