HF Sinclair interview questions

Fairly laid back, most questions were basic interview questions, how you react in different situations, explain a time when…, interview team seemed interested in my answers and invested in the interview as a whole

First two interviews went great! (So i thought) questions were super simple, would have been an easy role for me given my background…. After the 2nd interview both the recruiter and hiring manager completely ghosted me! Even after i reached out to them both Via email just as a courtesy follow up. Overall I’m glad i didn’t get offered this role because I got a great offer elsewhere but just the ghosting alone left a really bad taste in my mouth as a company. Especially as an HR professional myself. Unacceptable. Then a month later a rejection email after no contact.
