Interview
Went into their Dallas office to meet with one person and ended up meeting 6 different people. Followed up with another phone interview with someone else who wasnt in the office that day. Have been invited back for 2nd round in person interview and they seem to be aware that I am traveling on my own dime and are making the efforts to condense everything they need to do into one super day for me. Overall, really great people and everyone is helpful if you reach out to them.

How would you see yourself fitting into our culture?
Very formal met with several MD's in the office. Asked a range of personality questions and some experience questions. Overall seemed like nice people and mostly about the "fit" into their culture

What made you want to apply to HFF and how do you view us compared other firms in our industry?
Behavioral questions. Company focuses on culture first. Education and skills were second in the interview, but company seemed to be able to balance potential with current skill level. Process was extrapolated for 2-3 months and 4-5 interviews. High competition.
