I was contacted online through a job board and invited for phone interview. Next completed an lengthy online skills test. From there I had 3 in person interviews. Week later I was asked to complete another phone interview with the hiring manager. Main think I noticed is that for the most part they did not really know how to interview. kept asking me if I had questions but never really asked me many questions. After 5 interviews really did have much more to ask them. Was told that the HR manager would follow up with me on the next steps. Never heard back from them. Seems like they try very hard to have a first class recruiting system but fall short.
