Very Worst Experience & Worst Management & HR Policy.They have taken 6 rounds of interview and not selected at the final level of discussion. For this 6 rounds of interview has taken for 45 days. every Friday used to attended for one one round of interview. Final Tech Round happened from Bengaluru. In the final round also explained clearly, but in the final round, interviewer has told, not strong in basics. Then how come, i went to 6th round. It means the people who have taken interview also don't have basics. Am i right? After final discussion happened HR sent mail to consultancy like person has cleared of final discussion and the same mail sent to me as not cleared. Dont know the reason. HR is saying word mistake. Ultimately, they have played with my technology and wasted my full time. Very bad experience. My final suggestion is HGS people, pls understand & consider the person's time. Levels of interview: 1) Team Member 2) Team Member 3) Database Administrator 4) Team Lead 5)Asst General Manager 6)General Manager
