      I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HGS (Barrie, ON) in Mar 2014

      Interview

      They get your resume, look it over and if you are over qualified they wont look at you because you know too much and will spot the errors done on a daily basis. They let you know you are exactly what they are looking for and put you through a training with people who have never trained before. After the six weeks of training you are put on the phones for a week with a group of support which could be people inexperienced in this field of support. Always positive reactions no matter if you know what you are doing or not. After this week of online calls you are now a CSR for the company and put on the phones to fend for your selves.

      The first thing you get to do is a typing test of 3 minutes to see how you type. Then you get to be interviewed by another person. Have you worked in the customer service field before? Have you worked in a call centre before? What position can you see yourself in 3 years?
