      Very easy interview process. Not so fancy questions. They ask yo very simple questions . All you need good confidence and good communication skills. First is general round then HR will ask about internet speed , typing speed and all. Final was with bilingual speaking skills interview if you are applying for bilingual customer care representative.

      Interview

      It was very fair and provided me with the opportunity to advertise my skillset. There were different levels to the interview, including in English and French. Overall, I was highly supported.

      Phone interview went quick and easy. All questions were yes or no. It was a screening for the actual video interview. The questions were straightforward and straight to the point. They send equipment for the customer service work from home positions.
