This might be a great place to work, but this isn't even an average place for interviews. They called me thrice after grilling me on call, only to reject me after a weird 5 minute conversation. I was promised a response (whatever the result) by a stipulated time with great confidence by the HR, but I had to contact them, only to be given an informal text that I had been rejected. If you are seriously looking for a job change, try to avoid, as they will make you feel like a joke.
