I was given a grammar assessment test, followed up with a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty laid back and very simple. I was then given a written assessment test, which took 3.5 hours to complete. I found that the writing assessment was extremely difficult to do given the time allotted. I was told it would take only 7-8 business days to hear back from them after finishing the written assessment, however, it took them over month to respond back to me with their decision.

Very simple application and interview process. After submitting an application I was given a fairly simple grammar exam, an interview, and a writing exam. This was all within a 2 week period.
