Recruiter telephone interview established experience, interest and availability. An interview was set up with the Sales Manager that lasted approximately an hour. Company culture was adequate since the work environment is set up to be a training area with individual broker cubicles and a general conference room available to meet with clients. Receptionist was professional and courteous.
