HNI Product Development Engineer interview questions

This interview process was fairly standard. STAR method (behavioral and situational). The first round was a phone screening. 2nd round, you’re invited on-site to interview for 3hrs with the first person being HR, and 3 groups following that. After that, you might be invited for a 3rd round virtual interview. Response time was okay, I had to follow up every week and was never contacted unless I reached out first.
