Interview
People were friendly. It came with the engineer and team leader and we discussed system design and coding interview on a whiteboard, and general chatting. Then with the group manager, he introduced the major project and team cooperation, how the project went and why they needed to hire more people. The last round was HR, you can ask for a higher salary but HR may cut then said the manager was promised some salary level that you can keep negotiating with HR.

Before the interview, there is a English test and logic test. It will take you about one hour. In the interview, first part is to talk about yourself. Second part is about job introduction. The last part is about QA.
