      Software Developer Interview

      12 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HVG

      Interview

An hour-long casual conversation, then a take-home programming project. Everyone was very friendly and I could see that they cared deeply about professional excellence. The project was realistic and interesting. It involved things you would actually do during your daily programming work, no brain teasers or boring binary tree stuff.
