HZ Project Manager interview questions

Was scheduled for an initial interview about the position but the interviewer did not show up to the appointment. They also did not reach out about potentially being late nor apologize for missing the interview at all. I followed up and after a day or two, they responded asking to set up another interview. Set up a 2nd interview. They were an hour late for the second interview as well and only reached out at 45 minutes past the appointment time. No apology for being late. Not what I would have expected for an interview process.
