I applied thru recruiter and got call for interview on site with company team. The interview was technical and they asked me about my work experience. But then they asked me to perform the design task for their project !! Although the task was ok but I never seen anyone asking to perform the task during interview. They didn't give me to tour factory or production area to get feeling of what job would be involve. The interview was just in front office. I felt that they were not welcoming to new employee. Also felt like, they were looking for someone who was desperate to join but not talented or skilled person.
