Thank you for leaving this review, feedback is always appreciated. Our interview process is a bit involved, that is by design. We’ve received feedback that from past candidates that they have appreciated the process, as it provides ample opportunities to for them to vet us as well. Not only do we believe that the interview process is a two-way interaction, we believe that candidates should also be able to have chance to ask questions without the pressure a formal interview can apply. That’s what our “meet-and-greets” are for, they are flexible by nature to allow for a more natural conversation. “Meet-and-greets” allow candidates to learn more about the people who work at Habanero and provide space to ask questions about things you care about when looking for a new workplace.
