Very good, structured interview process. In total 5 interviews by phone due to Covid with different stakeholder like colleagues, supervisors, managers and HR. Afterwards a good feedback regarding my strengths and weaknesses.
Scheduled five separate video interviews over several days then was told they decided to promote from within. Very disappointed, felt like a waste of time and that they had already gone into the process with their decision made.
