I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Haemonetics
Interview
I was interviewed by a hiring manager over the phone. I originally thought this was the first stage of the process, but it turned out that this was the only step. I was asked multiple questions about why I wanted to work there and to assess my personality and character. I think the main purpose of this interview was to assess if I would fit into the team because I already had an employee referral. The other interns had longer in-person interviews with other hiring managers. In all, the process was pleasant and quick!

Interview
Offered me an interview and time and then did not give me a chance to even meet with them. They hired one of the first canadites without telling me, and then vanished when it was time for my interview. I had to reach out to find out what the deal was.
