Hagbros Precision interview questions

The owner I am guessing Never machined a part before he bought into this place! Have u machined before ?he asked..yes...can u measure a part with Precion tools? ....yes..how long u been a machinist?...16 years......what are u looking for pay wise...25-28......ok well we were THINKING 20...then after 90 days give you a raise.... i said ok ..a raise to what im asking for $26 an hr min. Is what i have to have....he says ok yes..wont be a problem...90days later...can i get my raise i need it asap... him well kinda busybat the moment..well go over your file and get to u as soon as i can...2 months later...nothing ever came back to me....i go back to him...he says how about 21an hr its best we can do...never got even close to what they promised me...stay away
