First I interviewed with the Operations Manager. He asked me several general questions about my experience querying multiple systems of work using MS Access, and about my ability to design MS Excel reports. My second interview was with another Analyst who asked me several questions about dialers, specifically the Noble Systems dialer. Most questions were about my experience building campaigns and general troubleshooting and support. My third interview was with the Operations Manager and the Analyst together. This conversation went really well and was a sign to me that I would get an offer, as the Operations Manager told me a lot of really positive things about the company. Both the Ops Mgr and Analyst actually said that the other 2 interviews went really well, and that I would hear back from the Ops Mgr in a couple of days. This 3rd interview was on either a Thurs or Fri, and I heard back from him on Monday stating that he would be sending me an offer letter.
