Very lengthy but worth it, seems like my PCM was very cautious about his hiring but as he should be with new employees. There were roughly 3 interviews over the phone that progressed into me getting a offer then moving across the country to accept my job.

Basic interview questions. Very relaxed and standard questions. Experience isn’t necessary as long as you’re willing to learn and do what you’re asked. One on one talking about the day to day working environment and what he expects. Also looking for team players that like working in teams.
