Telephone screening was quite simple, most of the questions they asked I expected with some prep and got back to me on the Monday after having the screening on Thursday. The final stage is a bit more challenging. Still waiting for a response back.

The interview was a Panel interview for 3 groups, each one lasting 45 minutes. Some of the questions were very job specific. Never asked much about my background or my work experience.
