Found the position on craigs list and replied. Had a response within the day, and scheduled an interview for the next day. It was very laid back, and the hiring manager was very friendly. It took about a week to hear back, and the job was offered immediately. It's was a very laid back process with the manager I applied with, but it is my understanding that that has changed drastically since her departure.
