Fairly straightforward but so many people involved in the process which made the whole interview drag out for a very long time. It would be better if they could streamline it.

Question 1
What experience do you have across search, social and programmatic?
Good interview, it was in two stages, so I went for the initial interview, and then passed that round, so went for a second interview with the team I'd be working. The only problem was that I was dragged along for ages at the end, not told whether I'd got the job or not, just that they were interviewing others and I will still in the running. I never actually found out whether I got the job, but it's been a few months since the interview so I am going to assume I didn't

I understand that they were trying to see how people thought outside the box and work as a team, but the day was very convoluted and you felt like you were being watched at every moment on how you interacted - it therefore wasn't at all a natural experience. I wasn't too upset to not receive an offer as Hallam laid a lot of people off a few months later.
