The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hammersmith Management (Denver, CO) in Nov 2017
Interview
I had a lovely initial phone conversation with the head of HR and then brought in quickly for an in-person interview her and another HR associate. I thought that the interview went very well and was given a leadership strength take-home quiz. I sent the results of my quiz to the head of HR and she never responded. I then never heard back as to whether they had moved forward with other candidates. Since I didn’t know where the position stood, I accepted another job offer and notified the head of HR as a courtesy. Again, I never heard back. For a small company with probably a limited number of in-person interviews, the right thing to do is to follow up with the people who take the time to come into your office for hours and complete take-home assignments for you. I was ultimately very disappointed in the lack of professionalism here, especially from the one department that is supposed to represent the way that employees and applicants are treated and valued at a company. Too bad. I hope the role worked out well for someone else.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hammersmith Management (Denver, CO) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was first interviewed by corporate HR on the phone and then once by my direct supervisor. I was contacted quickly by HR after submitting my resume and application online.

Question 1
Do you have any problems working in a luxury residential setting?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hammersmith Management (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Feb 2014
Interview
The process for the interview was average. They asked questions which are asked at most interviews. The two people asking the questions were very easy going. I think that this would be an easy interview to pass if you have call center experience. I was prepared and ready for the interview. It is a beautiful office on the 9th floor.
