There was a screening call to evaluate whether I had the right skillset to apply. Then the application got forwarded to the HR team, who contacted me to schedule an interview. The interview itself was fairly balanced in terms of technical and non technical questions.

Interview
It started off with Video interview call, where you were asked behavioural and situational questions. There was some technical questions at the end. Afterwards, a follow up meeting to see the plant, and the workspace. It was after this point the offer was received .
