Interview
Prior to the interview there was an aptitude test. There was a scenario presentation you had to put together and present at the beginning of the interview. There was a panel interview and the questions were answered in a round robin style format.

Everyone makes mistakes or misses goals. Describe a time when you made workplace mistake or did not accomplish a goal and how you rectified the situation.
