After forwarding detailed cover letter and going through pre-telephone interview questionnaire, skills review online then had telephone interview with outside recruiting firm. The person interviewing had no knowledge of the industry or relevant details of the position. She was friendly and personable but beyond her experience for a proper assessment.

Interview
Met the current manager who will be staying on board for the initial transition. Also met the owner. Both very personable and gave good insight in their expectations of the new hire.
