Very simple, I was interviewed with basic questions and then asked to sell a pen. This sounds silly as I am writing it, but it was really fun and made me feel good after!

Pretty standard questions for an interview. I didn't find it that hard or surprising. Just come prepared with customer service stories and how you can multi-task multiple priorities. You will be working the front desk while scheduling appointments, and managing the back as well.
