Hanscom Federal Credit Union interview questions

Cautionary tale: Believe the negative reviews. I had an initial phone interview. The person who had arranged the interview contacted me after the interview and wanted me to interview in person, with someone from the department I’d be working in. When I arrived for my interview, the person who was supposed to interview me, was not there. The person who scheduled my interview had forgotten to tell their colleague I was coming in. I was not impressed. This was a complete waste of my time, as I had taken the day off from work, and traveled. (The interviewer was out that day,) I made the mistake of scheduling another interview. This was a group interview with several people. The interview went very well. However, I received a generic rejection letter. It appears that this was a ghost job they posted, because no one was hired. I’ve searched the job title and ‘Hanscom’ and nothing comes up. Only the former employee who used to have this role. This is completely dishonest to post jobs they don’t intend to fill. To say that this process has annoyed me is an understatement. Don’t waste your time with this organization, they have no respect for candidates’ time. Oh and did I mention that they had over 100 applicants for this position? I can only imagine how many other applicants wasted their time and energy.

Working with the interview team was awesome from start to finish. They communicated often. They met all the timelines they set or communicated appropriately with reasoning. Overall the application through to hiring experience was something many places strive for.
