I met with the recruiter and then the Manager. Both were very positive about the company and seemed like people I'd like to work with. HR Manager did orientation. She was amazing and very kind. This company is family owned and has a family feel to it.

Multiple interviews, very misleading regarding pay program and income potential. Some guy with a Sales Director title outright lied.

Interview
Routine. Telephone screening followed by in person meeting with the same individual, then another meeting several days later with sales manager. It would seem that the two meetings could have been scheduled back to back. Although not offered a position, I was treated respectfully during the two interviews.
