I interviewed with Happy Scribe in August 2024. Throughout the process, I spoke with HR and an engineer and had a technical interview. My impression was that the team doesn't know what they are looking for, and the staff lacks experience. They mentioned that they have many features and an unclear roadmap, so they need to expand the engineering team asap. Salary band was 60-100k eur,

I entered the first step of the hiring process, which 30-minute meeting with one of the software engineers, and you have to solve a specific problem in this timeframe. it's not a problem-solving problem, basically, the problem is related to their work and calling API endpoints, etc...
