It was a 4 day process. (campus interview)
candidates were selected based on the projects mentioned in their resume for the interview.
Day 1: aptitude - Group discussion - Interview
The aptitude questions were basic and easy. Students were shortlisted on the basis of the highest scores in the aptitude assessment.
Day 2 & 3: Take home coding assessment
The take home assignment was given to test the candidate's coding abilities and strengths. The assignments were given based on their job role the candidates apply.
Day 4: Interview (CEO/CTO]
Offer- if the candidates clear all the above rounds, offer is given.
