The selection process involved an aptitude and coding test, followed by a group discussion, two technical interviews, and an HR round. However, only students from certain colleges were selected, making others feel the interviews were just a formality. It seemed biased, unfair, and left many deserving candidates feeling disappointed despite performing well throughout.
