Harness interview questions

First TA reached out over the phone and scheduled interview with the hiring manager, then another round of design interview. The hiring manager and the person who took the interview, both were really nice people. They had good domain knowledge. My experience with the TA was not great. They scheduled the first round, but didn't send any invite and ghosted my messages. The interview didn't happen and I wasted my time. Then after the second round of interview, again no response.
